I am a trained professional and had also graduated as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, was responsible for Medion AG in Essen for a position of the 2nd Level Support Technical Engineer.Since 2008 I am employed as Technical IT Support Analyst at the present HAVI Logistics IS GmbH in Duisburg. My area of responsibility full spectrum of IT questions, troubleshooting and administrative tasks regarding the whole european locations.Concentrating on certain main points Citrix XenApp 6 and XenDesktop 5.5 and as well Active Directory Services.Since July 2014 I am employed as IT-Systems Engineer at Bitmarck Software GmbH in Essen. My area of responsibility is the full spectrum of IT Infrastructure, Server virtualization, Citrix XenApp 6.5, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x Environment on VMWare ESX 7.03 or Xenserver, SQL Server 2019 Always-On Cluster and Failover Cluster Technology, Windows Server2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025. Active Directory, PKI, DNS, DHCP and GPO mangagement. Software Deployment with Ivanti, JAMFPro for MacOS Devices including policies and scripts and lot of other Stuff.Since May 2021 I am Technical Teamlead of the Infrastructure Team.
