These skills are a fundamental part of my story.With over 33 years of experience in delivering and designing iconic structures and infrastructure worldwide, my career has encompassed project delivery, strategy, sales, operations, acquisition integrations, risk management, financial management, and talent development.My hallmark is leading exceptional teams serving the transportation, buildings, and water markets. At each firm, and now with Atlas, I am committed to empowering others through staff development, mentoring, and a dedication to inclusion. This reflects my coaching philosophy, which focuses on creating diverse teams and maximizing individual talents.As COO of TYLin, I led with technical excellence and innovation to fulfill our mission of delivering world-class infrastructure and providing solutions that enhance connectivity among people, places, and communities. Prior to TYLin, I worked at Jacobs/ CH2M HILL, serving as Senior Vice President for Global Growth, Strategy and Solutions, and Senior Vice President for the State and Local Governments business in the Western U.S. During my tenure, I established a new, global practice to develop technical staff, achieving technical excellence and growth. I also championed many of the firm’s diversity networks and was honored to receive the Ray LaHood Award from WTS for leadership in advancing women in transportation.Throughout my executive career, I have remained deeply involved with projects and clients, serving as Executive Sponsor, Principal in Charge, and Account Manager for numerous complex transportation, infrastructure, and water programs.
