The Chairman\'s Bao (TCB) is the first ever online simplified newspaper for students learning Chinese. With 1,600 lessons published every year, TCB provides a wide range of news-based lessons across all levels that help motivate student study with engaging content.As the Co-Founder and Operations Director, I have been involved from the beginning in designing the original concept and directing strategy leading to the successful start-up of the platform. I have since been a senior figure in running the business as we have grown into a trusted resource for schools and individual learners globally. My main responsibility has been overseeing the content creation processes by designing the lessons and their supporting features along with managing the content team to deliver high-quality content for teachers and students.
