As a proud Native and Mexican American and First-Generation college graduate, I intimately understand the challenges and resilience required to succeed in academic spaces. Having transferred from a California Community College to the University of California system, I am committed to removing barriers, fostering equity, and providing holistic support to students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. With a Master of Education in Educational Counseling from the University of Southern California (USC), I strive to guide students with compassion, knowledge, and a deep understanding of diverse student experiences, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered on their educational journey.
