I’m a global footwear and product leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and culture. My journey began in a community-focused household in the UK, where resourcefulness and interpretation shaped my sense of style and identity. Dance was my first language, teaching me discipline and storytelling, until a pivotal moment redirected my energy towards the study of Fashion, product and consumer experience.My career has spanned continents and cultures: from London and Amsterdam to Sydney, then across the U.S. in Atlanta, Boston, and now Portland. Each move sharpened my instinct for what resonates locally and how to scale it globally.I started my corporate path at L’Oréal in London, learning the rigor of category management. I found my true passion at Reebok, where I moved into product leadership, most notably as Product Director for Heritage Court. There, I led the team that scaled Club C into Reebok’s #1 franchise, driving ~23% YoY growth and launching a tiering strategy that unlocked new demand. I also spearheaded collaborations with partners like Victoria Beckham and MISBHV, building brand heat and cultural relevance.Today, I’m Senior Director, Energy Footwear at Nike, where I connect performance and culture to create product that’s both emotionally resonant and commercially credible. I’m passionate about leading teams that turn insight into iconic stories, heat into healthy franchises, and moments into momentum, building things that surprise people and still feel unmistakably Nike.Outside of work, I’m grounded by my family, my husband Steven (Brand Marketing), our two children, Wren and Xavier, and our two rescue pups. My kids, remind me daily who we’re ultimately creating for: the next generation.
