Key duties include: • Developed current training and EHS system programs for facilities and filed staff.• Advised and coached site management, workers, contractors and safety personnel on EH & S compliance requirements, policies, standard operating procedures, standards, FLHA’s, task hazard assessments, lock-out/tag-out programs, incident reporting, injury prevention, disability management, return to work programs and emergency response plans.• Conducted contractor safety audits, site inspections, environmental monitoring reviews, performance observations, and regulatory inspections (in conjunction with regulatory agencies); provided quality control and gap analysis, and initiated corrective action to achieve compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
