As Head of Delivery I lead our strategy and the team’s approach to deliver exceptional Client Experience and Candidate Experience, measured through our industry leading NPS (Net Promoter Score) results (+89 for Client and +86.9 for Candidate in July \'25). I am hands on to support and advise clients with projects across executive search, succession planning and leadership assessment, predominantly for Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies in Smart Infrastructure, Energy Transition and Real Assets.I have been appointed as a member of the Granger Reis Operating Committee (OpCo) and support Granger Reis\'s relationship with the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA) and Engineers Without Borders UK (EWB).

Thomas’s early career connected him with Private Equity & Venture Capital backed technology companies in Software, Semiconductor, Telecoms & Digital, leading Board, CEO and C-Suite appointments in the UK, Scandinavia and North America.Thomas is a certified Hogan Assessor and has attended Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of East Anglia where he graduated BSc (Hons) in 2005.
