Global Product Manager with responsibility to lead and shape the sustainable growth of our Product platform EUDRAGIT® (pharma polymers) and EUDRACAP® (functional capsules) within our Business Line Health Care (Oral Drug Delivery segment) as well as Line Manager of Operational Product Specialist & Senior Project Manager Core tasks- Responsibility for achieving and growing global EBITDA result of Product Business as well as continuous support for Service Business - Market and business analysis, profitability calculation, business & production planning, pricing, forecasting - Contributing to development and execution of segment strategy - Managing and supporting key business initiatives activities such as Operational Excellence, CapEx projects, product launches, etc- Representative of segment in all relevant cross-functional meetings (Core Leadership Team, S & OP)- Main interface to global sales organization (e.g. contract management, general customer information, market developments, competitive environment etc.)- Managing relationship with important business partners such as CMO’s and collaboration partners
