GIMLabs is a comprehensive geotechnical information management platform that connects data capture, project management, analysis and reporting in one seamless system.As a founding director, I\'ve been instrumental in developing the entire GIMLabs ecosystem:→ Designed the complete user experience across our platform components (Log, Manage, Calc, Template and Product OS), creating intuitive interfaces that transform how teams work with geotechnical data→ Led the front-end and UI development for our core applications, ensuring consistency, responsiveness and usability across mobile and desktop environments→ Built critical backend systems including data synchronisation, offline capabilities and integration between platform components→ Developed visualisation tools that transform complex geotechnical data into clear, actionable insights for field and office teams→ Created the foundational architecture that allows migration from legacy tools like gINT and HoleBASE while enhancing capabilitiesI\'ve played a key role in establishing GIMLabs as a modern, cloud-native alternative to traditional geotechnical software, combining technical expertise with user-centered design to deliver a platform that works the way geotechnical professionals do - from field data collection to final reporting.My work spans the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and user research through design, development and ongoing refinement based on client feedback and industry needs.
