ABOUT THOMAS G.
With over 6 years of experience as a co-owner of Bean United, I am passionate about combining fairly traded specialty coffee with social impact. My mission is to help organizations reflect their ethical values, employee benefits, and social responsibility in their daily office culture, especially in their cup of coffee. Bean United is Germany\'s leading social coffee brand, with the highest impact per kilo of coffee. For each 1 kilo of coffee, we provide 10 school meals in Burundi or €2.50 for the Digital Women Program of ReDI School in Germany. Since our start in 2018, we have served over 100 clients, including Adobe, Allianz, MunichRe, and Salesforce, funded over 1.4 million school meals, and received positive feedback from thousands of employees. Our 2030 goals are to fund 10 million school meals, support Digital Women Program graduates, and achieve 100% CO2 negative operations. As a co-owner of Bean United, I am responsible for the strategic development, marketing communications, and key account management of the company. I leverage my skills in hospitality, strategy, and procurement to create and deliver value propositions, partnerships, and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I also act as a speaker and a sustainable procurement ambassador, sharing my insights and best practices on how to drive positive change through ethical and sustainable sourcing and consumption.
