I am a dedicated University of Connecticut student from Litchfield, Connecticut, currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s of Science degree with a Business Management major. Maintaining an exemplary GPA of 3.822/4, I actively engage in professional development through participation in my capacity as Vice President of Recruitment in the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Learning Community. I exercise strategic planning and financial stewardship in managing the Recruitment Committee and overseeing the allocation of chapter funds. As a dedicated advocate for fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, I played a pivotal role in integrating new members seamlessly into our community. Professionally, I serve as the Manager at Gooseboro Drive-In in Bantam, Connecticut. In this capacity, I\'ve revitalized marketing efforts, developed comprehensive employee schedules, and led the training of new employees, fostering a collaborative work environment. My goal is to apply these experiences in a management internship, where I can contribute to a driven company that values collaborative work efforts. Determined to exploring many different opportunities, I bring leadership, passion and adaptability, which are all essential when it comes to working in team.
