ABOUT THOMAS GLANTON
I became a principal at 30 years old. By the time I left that building I had transformed a Title One school in Atlanta and been named Georgia PTA Principal of the Year. The system that made that possible is the same system I now install in schools across the country. For 40+ years The Education Company has worked with public, private, and charter K-12 schools nationwide — reducing office referrals, rebuilding staff confidence, and restoring discipline consistency without adding new programs or compliance fatigue. We have trained educators in 2,800+ schools across the United States. Results from our system: → 99% reduction in disruptive referrals — Rio Hondo ISD, Texas → 98% reduction in suspensions — Jackson Elementary, San Diego → 92% reduction in office referrals — EHOVE Career Center, Ohio → 90% reduction in dean referrals — Three Rivers School, Oregon Before leading The Education Company full time, I served as Area Superintendent of High Schools in one of Georgia\'s largest urban districts — overseeing multiple secondary schools, principal leadership teams, and multimillion-dollar operating budgets. I also served as Director of Leadership Development for DeKalb County School District, where I shaped the careers of more than 50 school and district leaders. Recognitions include DeKalb County Principal of the Year, A Georgia PTA Principal of the Year, and the Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award. The problem in most schools is not the students. It is not the teachers. It is the structure. When the structure is engineered correctly — behavior changes automatically. If you are a K-12 school leader dealing with discipline inconsistency, rising referrals, or staff frustration — I host a free live session every month.
