About Thomas Freund
Having personally held front line and managerial positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing roles, provides me with a unique insight and a deeper understanding of both my clients and candidates needs. Since in my role as a recruiter, I have been supporting manufacturers and suppliers involved in industrial automation, robotics and emerging autonomous technologies. My focus is on collaborative robotics, autonomous robotics, factory automation and any type of emerging AI driven robotics technologies. We enjoy working with start-ups and established industry leaders alike. Typical positions we regularly fill include sales, marketing, engineering, product management, operations and specialty roles. The commonality is automation, the more advanced the better. Having lived and worked in Germany for much of my adult life gives me additional insight into the subtleties of transatlantic business relations. Several of my clients are German or Swiss based manufacturers in need of US-based personnel. When not working I enjoy the many outdoor activities Maine has to offer and am an active volunteer with the local historical society and a local veterans organization. I am a devoted student to Ashtanga Yoga and enjoy spending my free time with my family, friends and particularly, dogs.
