Our main focus is to acquire cash flowing and appreciating assets via creative methods, utilizing strategies such as Subject To, Seller/Owner Finance, Wraps, Hybrids, and other creative acquisition methods to reduce upfront capital needs. Partnering with Private Money Lenders and using other creative capital raising methods achieve these investment goals. We also provide creative investing consulting services and lending services to clients and partners.
