Products: 1) Swiftaid: Automated Gift aid by introducing/implementing Swiftaid, which has addressed $523m of missed gift aid each year. Work resulted in reduced friction, increased conversion and huge GA savings for charities across the UK. 2) Giving Checkout: Discovered, Initiated, Led and now made part of the Leadership team for an incubator start-up project, named ‘Giving Checkout’. This is JustGiving’s Industry-first project which has launched in the US and UK (AU & CA to come). It\'s a fully customisable, checkout that powers third-party donations without subscription/platform/processing fees/coding experience and is JG\'s largest revenue growth opportunity in 2022 and currently raising more than 2M in donations monthly. 3) Donor Optimisation: Optimised donor data for our global customer reporting (UK, US, CA, AU, NZ) by intelligently reusing data from PSP wallets and card information to re-surface it to charities. Led efforts, requirements and UAT on this project 4) Ideation/Discoveries/further projects; cryptocurrency as a payment method, Third Party Settlement Partnerships, Hyperwallet global rollout, PCI DSS Management, Payment method improvement (Venmo, OpenBanking improvements, Direct Debit migrations, all to increase Adoption, Revenue, customer experience in fundraising, Direct Donations, Crowdfunding
