Since 1995 I have limited my practice to Estate Planning and Administration, and have assisted thousands of clients with creating, maintaining and implementing Living Trusts and Wills. My practice now includes a substantial portion of reviewing and administering those plans. We assist with representing clients in probate cases, dividing assets for credit shelter trusts, and help with the funding and administration of asset protection trusts for beneficiaries. We work with special needs trust as well as guardianship cases. We also assist business owners with business succession planning.
