I\'ve built my career on scaling high-performing teams across diverse technology environments, from establishing international data centers to directing customer success operations while never losing sight of what matters most - developing people and fostering team excellence.I thrive leading comprehensive technology initiatives that span network infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity enhancement, and customer success operations across startups to established enterprises. My expertise covers platform architecture, unified communications, data integration, and building automation systems, but what I\'m most proud of is consistently delivering mission-critical solutions while mentoring the next generation of technical talent.Currently, I\'m architecting IT infrastructure and building control systems for Downtown Fort Worth\'s Sundance Square, where I manage everything from network services to cybersecurity protocols and specialized architectural systems. I love combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, contributing to corporate direction while still rolling up my sleeves for hands-on technical work when the team needs it.My service extends well beyond the office as an Eagle Scout and active Scouting America leader who spends weekends focused on youth development and community service.
