Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team is an UCI World Team, the highest category in professional road cycling. Lead all operational aspects of team\'s activities with responsibility for ensuring that sport and technical operations run as smoothly and effectively as possible.My role encompasses several key responsibilities: • Managing the technical staff: Leading and optimizing the performance of a team’s staff, ensuring smooth collaboration and maximum efficiency. • Fleet management: Overseeing the management and maintenance of the vehicles required for travel and competition. • Logistics & supply chain management: Planning and managing the supply chain, stock levels, and equipment procurement, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and controlling costs. • Cycling equipment and accessories: Monitoring the team’s needs for bicycles, accessories, and textile products, ensuring all equipment is up to standard for high-performance competitions. • Operational service course management: Organizing and managing dedicated facilities - 2500 square meters - ensuring everything runs smoothly to support both the sports and logistical activities. • Member of the Executive Committee (CODIR): Actively contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational leadership at the highest level. • Budget management: Responsible for the budget oversight and financial planning of all operational departments under my direction. • End-of-season sales: Managing the sale of bicycles and equipment at the end of each season, ensuring value recovery and efficient inventory turnover. • Technical partnerships: Managing relationships with technical sponsors and partners to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality equipment supply.With expertise in team management and the coordination of complex operations, I am committed to maximizing team performance and responsiveness, while optimizing resources to ensure continued success at the highest level of international competition.
