About Thomas Regan
I am a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, resident in the New Jersey office. I have more than two decades of experience handling products liability and other bodily injury litigation, including catastrophic loss litigation. I have first chair trial experience, and I have been retained as monitoring, resolution, and trial counsel.Over the course of the last 15+ years, I have been fortunate to be retained to build large scale, portfolio-based systems for serial litigation. Leveraging technology, alternative fee arrangements, and continuous improvement modeling, I have concentrated on streamlining the “science” part of litigation while making the “art” more efficient. I have worked as national, regional, and product line coordinating counsel. In all of these roles, I have concentrated on reducing outside counsel cost, as well as reducing the internal business and administrative costs of my clients.
