Based upon East-Asian Martial arts like Aikido, Iaido, or Tai-Chi, Zen-Meditation as well as Western systems like the Feldenkrais-Method we offer children, adults, athletic as well as graceful, female and male, young and old, trained and untrained the means and the support for a personal growth. We take always the body as a starting point. Over time and practice this may lead to changes in everyday behavior and changes of life style.
