Professor & consultant in health management with 25+ years life sciences experience.​ Health equity & AI expert, publishing on clinical AI, policy, and sustainable food and health systems. Evidence-based research driving smarter health policy and organisational decisions. Networked leader bridging academia, practice, and policy for equitable healthcare.​As a professor and senior strategy consultant in health management, the focus is on turning complex health system challenges into clear strategies that create measurable impact for organizations, policymakers, and learners. The profile combines academic rigor with leadership experience in the life sciences industry e.g. Roche, DSM, Novozymes, especially at the intersections of health, policy, and business.Co‑editing a German‑language anthology on health equity with Bianca Flachenecker, to be published by Springer Gabler in summer 2027. The project brings together critical, evidence‑driven perspectives that move beyond familiar narratives and challenge how we think about fairness, participation, and structural determinants in healthcare. Our aim is to equip decision‑makers with insights that support more just and future‑ready health systems.At FOM University, teaching and modul heading cover Health Communication, International Health Care Management, and Leadership, helping to develop the next generation of leaders in an increasingly complex health ecosystem. This is grounded in a PhD from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Marketing Diploma from St. Gallen Business School.With more than 25 years in executive and consulting roles in the life science sector, the work focuses on strategy development and execution, multi-stakeholder alignment, and innovation-driven communication.
