The strategy is based on two (2) assessments, the first assessment exams our organizational readiness and the second exams our digital capabilities. Focusing on people, processes, and procedures, we will execute a strategy based on improving talent, creating repeatable process and procedure to bring products and services to market more quickly and efficiently. The strategy leverages those efficiencies and funds to improve digital marketing, sales, and fulfillment. We execute the strategies simultaneously to align the digital goals to the enterprise goals, deposit, and loan growth in retail and commercial banking.
