ABOUT THOMAS BECHBERGER

Hi I\'m Thomas, an experienced UX Designer creating user-friendly software products based on a deep understanding of user needs and business requirements. I specialize in facilitating Design Thinking Workshops, crafting effective design strategies, and creating exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms—including mobile, web, and desktop applications—with a focus on business applications on SAP BTP. I\'ve led Design Teams and established Design Strategies and Design Systems for several customers. My unique strength is explaining, establishing, and using design approaches and practices that include end users, all business stakeholders, and developers. With every project or product my goal is not just to make software pretty or easy to use. Through empathy, I try to ensure meaning and utility. With craft, I try to elicit understanding and desire. I wrangle the complexity of the business requirements to deliver a clear, coherent, and satisfying experience from start to finish. When I\'m not enthusiastically talking about the significance of UX or creating user-friendly software, I\'m either playing football, going for a run or trying out new things.
