When I was 10, I discovered Steve Jobs\' biography by Walter Isaacson. That book changed everything for me. It ignited an obsession with design principles and the pursuit of quality products—think Braun products designed by Dieter Rams. And so began my journey. I started designing apps for fun on Figma, and by the time I was 16, I was managing an international team of 10 designers and developers. We built an MVP for an app idea I had. While it didn’t pan out as expected, it opened doors to the world of venture capital and the startup ecosystem. I also spent some time at a Big Four consulting firm, leading a team of designers to design praiseworthy banking software. Today, I run Thomas & Niyogi, a growth and management consulting firm I started with my long time business partner and friend, Sohom Niyogi. We help companies scale and achieve their full potential. To date, our firm has helped companies bring in over 22 million dollars in revenue and also fundraise. We assist our clients in overhauling their strategy and approach to marketing. Once they excel, we connect them with our network of investors to facilitate their growth.
