Postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Dr. D. Borden Lacy- Delineate individual antigens\' contributions to Clostridioides difficile clearance and protection in the mucosal murine vaccine model I developed and published on in during my PhD, particularly concerning tissue-resident memory T cells- Isolate monoclonal antibodies specific to C. difficile surface antigens using LIBRA-seq (Linking B cell Receptor to Antigen by Sequencing) technology and elucidate the neutralization mechanisms of identified monoclonal antibodies- Visualize surface antigens on C. difficile using a gold-conjugated antibodies via cryo-electron tomography- Obtain crystal structures of surface antigen:monoclonal antibody complexes
