Then I can focus on each smaller problem instead of tackling the problem as a whole.One of my favorite aspects of engineering is the project lifecycle - from planning and risk assessment to measuring progress and making adjustments before challenges arise. I enjoy mapping out the path to success, ensuring alignment along the way, and adapting strategies as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.As a supervisor, I focus on empowering my team, providing them with the tools and support they need, and removing roadblocks to ensure they can achieve their goals.
