Provide vision, leadership, innovation, and advocacy to support IPSL’s Generation Study Abroad commitments by developing and strengthening all study abroad, community-based learning, research, and leadership programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and developing new high-impact programming to engage a broad range of potential students and adult participants including; STEM students, Faculty-led groups, TRIO students, GAP-year, traditional college age, and non-traditional students. Requirements include expertise in cross-cultural collaborations with NGOs and other nonprofit community partners and stakeholders around the world, administering a complex international, academic experiential-learning and research organization, providing strategic planning vision, curricular, and operational leadership, staff development opportunities, and sound financial stewardship. Collaborate effectively with the IPSL Board of Advisors, IPSL U.S-based staff, offices of international programs or similar entities in partnering institutions and organizations throughout the world, faculty and staff at IPSL program sites, academic deans, faculty and administration in the United States.
