Thomas Williams Jr, Ph.D. With a deep commitment to advancing early childhood education, Dr. Williams brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, executive leader, and policy influencer working across state government, nonprofit, public school districts, charter school systems, and higher education. His work centers on designing and leading high quality early learning systems that strengthen child outcomes, support families, and build community-level impact. As a scholar-practitioner, Dr. Williams has led large scale initiatives, coached educators and leaders, and shaped policy at the local, state, and federal levels. His leadership is collaborative, strategic, and grounded in research-based practices that prioritize the whole child.
