Working within the Operations Excellence team to lead the operationalisation process for key projects across the business, which includes store trials, project management, communication plans, standards creation/management, and training resource development. Tasked to drive project management from ideation to restaurant roll-out, defining success metrics, owning franchisee relationships and aligning globally to strategic initiatives. I am also responsible for developing thought leadership around new processes, equipment and technology. My role requires the project management of companywide initiatives ranging from ops simplification, R&D test, cost optimization amongst other tasks. Responsibilities: • Work with internal / external Project Managers and departments to define the scope of tests to deliver improved customer and financial value including an enhanced service model, continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience. • Contribute towards operational improvement through leading key projects as well as facilitating training workshops, presentations and multi-functional forums. • Design and implement training packages to ensure new initiatives are landed effectively. • Assist in the development, delivery and roll out of new products, promotions, technology, operational programmes and procedures. • Responsible for review of performance prior to roll out into main estate. • Proactively seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance, customer experience and the support offered to stores. • Deliver content and action rich communication for trials, tests and implementation in conjunction with the Operations Team. • Supports needs of entire division, or company if needed, by participating in urgent problem- solving teams to help improve low performing partners and operational quality and profitability. • Work effectively, cross-functionally, in a matrix organisation and achieve progress via influence rather than direct control.
