Applied data-led delivery diagnostics in a cross-functional team to reduce staffing costs by 15% while maintaining delivery capability and improving leadership decision-making.Established and launched the Soft Power Council, convening CEOs, entrepreneurs and industry leaders across 15 sectors to strengthen government–industry collaboration. Designed governance and stakeholder engagement, and led all logistical components of a 150+ person high-profile launch event.Delivered senior-level strategic analysis on major technology firms’ geopolitical influence, facilitating interactive workshops with 30+ cross-government experts and external stakeholders (academia and industry) to test findings, build alignment, and translate insights into practical, delivery-oriented recommendations for UK priorities.Delivered a rapid Ministerial commission to build a single cost model across 25 teams, reconciling inconsistent datasets and producing an executive presentation pack to support urgent decision-making under fiscal pressure.Supported cross-government crisis response during the Iran–Israel conflict, contributing to rapid collaborative decision-making and problem-solving on evacuations, protective measures, and diplomatic communications under high uncertainty and political sensitivity.
