I’m currently part of the Risk Advisory team where I co-manage all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management process and outcomes within the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. In this role, I’m responsible for- Assisting and advising first line stakeholders in the integration of Enterprise Risk Management practices into business models and operations- Providing independent challenge on the completeness, effectiveness and quantification of Risk and Control Self-Assessments- Advising and challenging risk owners on the balance of controls to prevent, detect, correct and govern critical risks relative to risk appetite and impact tolerances- Overseeing the delivery of Enterprise Risk Management reporting and analysis to governance forums, Business and Risk Committees, including Key Risk Indicators, Incident Trends, appropriate risk escalations and management within risk appetite- Participating in and contributing to regional and global enterprise risk management initiatives to provide appropriate regional perspective and thought leadership to improve upon the enterprise risk program and outcomes globally.
