Hi, I\'m Thomas – founder of Mercier Recruiting, a specialized recruitment consultancy established in 2021. With extensive experience in both talent acquisition and procurement, I support companies in optimizing their HR and supplier management strategies, particularly in the acquisition of personnel and IT services.Having worked for some of Germany’s leading staffing firms, I have successfully placed professionals across various industries. In my previous role, I was responsible for building and leading the Sales & Marketing division in Bavaria, managing a team of account managers and recruiters. My focus was on expert placements in temporary employment (ANÜ), as well as direct placement and contracting.Beyond recruitment, I have extensive experience in procurement and supplier management. Throughout my career, I have negotiated and implemented numerous framework agreements for direct placement, contracting, and employee leasing.
