In 2008 I joined the law firm founded by my friend and back then fellow student Tobias Pusch in 2006, then Pusch & Partner. I became name partner and together we established one of the most successful employment law firms in Germany. Now we are known on the national and international market as a strong employment law team with many offices across Germany and also as being a member of L&E Global, an alliance of employment law service firms spanning 6 continents.

ABOUT THOMAS WAHLIG
I am an attorney focusing on employment law for more than 20 years and have been a name partner in the successful grand employment law boutique Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law since 2008. It is my mission to present my clients with the best possible, most time-saving and cost-effective solution to their problem. A particular focus of my work involves advising companies in the automotive, pharma, fashion, financial, energy and tobacco industry with a strong focus on large restructuring and outsourcing projects, negotiations with works councils and trade unions, reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations. I also advise managing directors and executives. I am very active in the area of legal tech and the workplace tools developed together with our PWWL team and Push!Founders are used in many of our restructuring projects. They can be customized to the exact needs of our clients, they are cost-effective and innovative. When I\'m not doing what an employment lawyer or law firm partner does, I like to spend time with my family, do all kinds of different sports including football, swimming, fitness studio visits and hiking, watch football games in the stadium and on TV, go to the theatre and a nice bar afterwards, listen to all kinds of podcasts, read classic literature and travel.
