A graduate from Chapman University with knowledge in business administration, finance, and team leadership.I spent my whole life growing up outside of the United States in places such as Singapore and Japan where I cultivated the skills of communication and adaptability to new settings and cultures. Due to attending a private international school, I was faced with individuals from all over the world who had differing perspectives and I had to adjust and be open-minded to other viewpoints. I have gained a new appreciation for perpetual learnability through constantly interacting with unfamiliar environments, people, and situations. Sports have always played a significant role in my life, specifically basketball. At the age of fourteen, I chose to pursue basketball and give it my all. Though it may be just a sport, it taught me many lessons that I have carried with me. Mindset, leadership, and hard work are just a few of the skills I have developed through this sport. I learned that even when faced with failure, it is crucial to take the positives and be mentally motivated to achieve the next task as well as learn from the previous setback. I have also learned that leadership and hard work are the keys to success. Nothing comes easy – you must put in the work. This is especially vital in a business and I believe these talents I have grown throughout the years will be valuable for my future career. I hope to continue to further evolve my skills by gaining more work experience in the near future.
