Thomas J VanEimeren, is an accomplished Lean Sigma Master Black Belt & holds the position of Senior Manager, Lean Six Sigma at Jabil.Thomas previously held the position of Corporate Director, Lean Six Sigma at Benchmark Electronics and Global Lean Sigma.During his 5 year tenure: Thomas successfully deployed strategy and launch the BEX Global Olympics, achieving over $23M in validated cost savings over the span of 4 years. This program was instrumental driving lean culture. The collective efforts of the BEX Global Olympics deployment played a significant role in Benchmark being awarded the Manufacturing Leadership Award for Lean Culture Transformation from the National Association of Manufacturers at the Manufacturing Leadership Summit in 2022. This achievement was the first ever in Benchmarks’ history. Previous to Benchmark, Thomas held the position of CPI Manager at Arrow Electronics Inc. Where he led Arrows’ Award Winning Lean Six Sigma Deployment & World class 5S program managing and mentoring Lean Six Sigma leaders at 75 facilities around the globe. Thomas drove lean sigma deployment globally inclusive of leading, consulting, mentoring & coaching leaders of tactical & strategic transformational improvement projects within Arrow\'s global business operations. As architect and program leader of two award winning CPI programs: Lean Sigma Global Olympics & Lean Sigma Drones. Both achieving back to back (2016, 2017 & 2018) Lean Sigma Innovation of the Year awards at the Lean and Six Sigma World Conference and the Business Transformation and Operation Excellence Summit. These programs led to groundbreaking recognition. As in 2018, Thomas’s organization received the Lean Six Sigma Deployment of the Year Award at the Lean Six Sigma World Conference. Thomas was Arrow’s Global Lean Sigma continuous process improvement leader for the last 13 years of his 23-year tenure with the company. He has led and mentored over 400 continuous process improvement events during that time and developed successful transformational strategies that enabled record breaking financial performance and growth in 2017 and 2018. He is a member of the Lean Benchmarking Council, Society of Manufacturing Engineers and APICSThomas was recognized and published as number 21 in the “Top 25 Global Lean Sigma Practitioners”, May 2016 issue of The Lean Management Journal.Thomas resides in Mesa, AZ with his wife & identical twin 12yr old boys & enjoys coaching his boys football teams, hiking and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle to and from the office.
