Responsible for the generation and implementation of Chefman Global Compliance and Safety program.• Work with vendors, factories, regulatory agencies and global test organizations to ensure Chefman appliances meet safety requirements in all markets of distribution (UL/ETL, FDA, BPA. Prop 65, CE, UKCA,ROHS, REACH, TPCH, ISTA).• Manage factories in China and Taiwan to ensure efficient and smooth Supply Chain flow. • Responsible for the safety and compliance of 200M dollar-per-year Next Generation kitchen appliance program, including software,(IoT) and electronics.• Principal investigator of product failures to component level analysis.• Provide sustaining engineering services for new product releases.• Provide consultation services which include product design reviews, test plan development, product analysis and legal liability.• In conjunction with Regulatory Compliance responsibilities, administrative and supervisory oversight of Chefman Global Quality Assurance program.
