This department has a wealth of experience in several areas including; Claims in Professional Negligence against surveyors, solicitors, architects and accountants Trust of land claims pertaining to asserting rights over land and property Disputes over rights of way and other easements Construction disputesOur most recent notable case is that of Coope –v- Ward [2015] EWCA Civ 283 recent authority on retaining structures.I have experience in dealing with small to medium enterprise, foreign companies, and individuals. Outside of the office I have keen interest in skiing, anything involving exercise, including completing the Iron Man in Alcudia and the London marathon.
