ABOUT THOMAS THALHOFER

Dr Thomas Thalhofer specialises in legal issues surrounding the digitalisation of the economy and on contract drafting and legal project advice in complex national and international IT projects, cloud projects and IT outsourcing initiatives. He also focuses on corporate transactions in the field of technology, IT conflict resolution and litigation, as well as software licensing law and AI law. Alongside his extensive practical work, Thomas regularly writes articles for publication. He is Co-Chair of the Outsourcing Committee of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik, member of the Ambassador Committee at ITechLaw Association and a member of the Deutsche Anwaltverein (workgroup IT).
