In 2025 we delivered meals on wheels in 14 towns, served community meals, provided Case Management to 200 families, provided 6,100 Transportation rides for medical appointments, delivered more than 300 wellness classes, provided Medicare counseling to over 100 households, sponsored 12 Creative Aging Art Classes, helped 53 housing insecure clients find housing, and presented 8 health programs and one regional Health & Wellness Fair.We operate with a dedicated and dynamic 12-member Board of Directors on a 1.1 million dollar budget that is funded largely through private donations and foundation grants.
