ABOUT THOMAS STUART
I’m a highly motivated and enthusiastic chartered mechanical engineer with knowledge and interest in a wide range of engineering areas. I am currently working as a Responsible Engineer at Ansaldo Nuclear, working with small modular reactor companies to develop their designs for GDA. I have been the Head of Engineering at Moltex Flex, working to develop a molten salt, modular nuclear reactor. Prior to this I worked at Booth Industries, heading up the analytical capability of the company. While my first role was at Frazer-Nash Consultancy working on various structural analysis projects.Prior to work, I studied for a MEng in General Engineering at Durham University, where I achieved a 1st Class degree and the top final year grade. I also published my dissertation as a journal in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
