I work as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Centene working on a variety of different projects that stretch my skills on a technical level, such as learning about and leveraging Power Platform, or getting the opportunity to flex my skills as an extrovert such as facilitating lunch n\' learns. I have the awesome opportunity to use my skills in marketing and IT regularly within my role.My background includes a BS in Marketing and MIS from Michigan Tech University and I spent the first 4 years of my career in a telecommunications company filling a host of different roles. Some of those roles include Business Analyst, Certified Scrum Master, QuickBase application developer, Customer Onboarding, & Process Mapping Specialist. The many hats I have worn have prepared me to be comfortable with ambiguity and an ability to be adaptable to a changing work environment.I have realized in my short career that people are my why. I thrive in a team environment where I have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with others daily. I enjoy making life better through identifying business challenges and working collaboratively to implement solutions.In my spare time, I\'m an avid disc golfer. While a newly found passion of mine, you can regularly find me on the course, practicing my putting in the garage, or watching YouTube videos about how to improve my disc golf game. I am happily married for over 5 years and live with my wife and our dog in Michigan.
