What inspires me are the intellectual challenges that we face in our every day work. We are forced to adjust to new things very quickly and to question and expand our current state of knowledge on a daily basis. The problems we encounter are extremely challenging from technical and business perspectives. Solving them requires a lot out of the box thinking and innovation in our daily work, and that‘s interesting for me. Gaining experience in the fields of product management, consulting and as managing partner of a retailer gives me the opportunity to combine solutions from different perspectives.
