Global Product Manager for Consumer Eyecare and Lens and Screen Cleaning.Responsibilities include:• Work closely with key markets on product strategy including pricing, new launches, and competitor benchmarking.• Oversea New Product Development from idea conception to final output, working with the factory to determine pricing, materials and finished look of all new and existing products.• Built a great understanding of consumer and customer needs through insight, market input and analysing research report data.• Regularly present new product initiatives and marketing updates to markets, in person and digitally.• Identify and manage key sustainability projects, overhauling the product range to meet global targets and local regulations.• Responsible for creating, maintaining and distributing all product marketing materials for all markets. This included organising and leading a photo and video shoot in the USA for new global campaigns.
