I am an experienced leader of large teams that improves performance significantly. In my role as President of Safmarine North American we increased volumes 22% year on year, and improved customer loyalty with an NPS improvement from -25 to +35 in one year. This was accomplished through changing the culture of the team to one of customer centricity, where individuals make the difference for the customer. Previous to this role, i worked internationally in Denmark for three years, leading global customer experience for Maersk Line, working directly with the C Suite executive team to develop and implement global strategies.
