ABOUT THOMAS SIRK

I’m Thomas Sirk — a husband, father, and follower of Jesus whose mission is to serve with integrity, lead with authenticity, and steward every opportunity I’ve been entrusted with.Before leading sales at FPS Recovery, I was a Division I quarterback and captain at Duke University, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degree, and where I learned how to rally teams, think clearly under pressure, and perform when it mattered most. I’m a high energy, highly relational leader. Today, I bring that same discipline, preparation, and resilience into governmental and private procurement and logistical services and large-loss disaster recovery.My leadership is rooted in faith, my mindset shaped by the quarterback’s perspective, and my business approach focused on building long-term relationships. I believe readiness beats response, trust drives repeat business, and the best work is done with humility and grit.In addition to my work in private and gov contracting, I’m passionate about mergers and acquisitions, particularly in healthcare and service-based industries with Agenda Health. I’m also deeply passionate about the business of sports and the ever changing landscape of collegiate athletics.
