About Thomas Silio
Following my transition from the Army to industry, I enjoy applying my 22+ years of strategic, operational, and tactical signal, cyber, and intelligence operational experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) to deliver innovative and effective solutions. I leverage my proven program management, matrixed team building, and critical thinking skills to support the development and execution of complex and high-impact projects and initiatives.I am passionate about building and leading diverse and talented teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. I have extensive joint operational experience, having served as a commander, director, and executive officer in various signal (communications), intelligence and special operations units and organizations across the DoD and the IC. I have a Master\'s degree in Management and a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering. My mission is to protect and advance the nation\'s interests and security by enabling emerging technology to meet the critical needs of governments, communities, and individuals. I enjoy developing future leaders through Scouting, Amateur Radio, and STEM (microelectronics) activities.
