Direct QC operations across the cleanup of 10,250+ residential properties, driving consistency in inspections,documentation, and acceptance criteria across dispersed field teams. Provide oversight supporting a combined workforce of employees and subcontractors, enabling 3.7M+man-hours completed without major quality violations. Contributed to the fastest major disaster cleanup in U.S. history, with the Los Angeles County wildfire recovery programcompleting months ahead of schedule. Onboarded and trained QC staff in a high-paced emergency environment, building operational capacity to meetaggressive federal timelines. Delivered daily briefings to USACE leadership, ECC executives, and subcontractor teams on QC activities,non-conformances, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
