As the Executive Director for iTEP in Europe, I’ve played a key role in expanding the reach and recognition of iTEP’s innovative English proficiency tests across the continent.• Oversee the introduction of iTEP tests to new markets across Europe• Manage relationships with educational institutions and government bodies• Enhance the accessibility of iTEP exams through online platforms and on-demand testing• Lead marketing campaigns to increase awareness of iTEP’s value in education and business• Collaborate with U.S. headquarters on product development and regional adaptations• Expand iTEP’s portfolio to include sector-specific tests for business, hospitality, and more• Ensure rapid delivery of score reports with detailed analysis for stakeholders• Support the development of new testing centers in key European cities
