Interface towards external counterparties, responsible for representing RWE Renewables commercial interests in offshore wind transactions and joint ventures. • Responsible for negotiating SHAs & development/construction/operations service agreements • Setting up JVs and consortiums with strategic partners • Onboarding and coordinating financial and legal advisors for transaction support. • Setting up and managing internal deal teams to coordinate deliverables across various phases of M&A transactions i.e. teaser/IM/process Letters, VDR setup, due diligence and Q&A, management presentations and execution. • Working with internal stakeholders on valuations (DCF, multiples analysis, sensitivities etc). • Preparing presentations and board papers to coordinate internal approvals.
