With a robust foundation in auditing and financial management, entry level experience consisted of working on the audit team of both financial services and emerging technology clients, specifically in the Electric Vehicle space.As Director of Finance at SHAED, working to bring extensive experience and expertise to the organization including external audit activities, internal compliance setup, and financial management. I oversee the entire accounting process ensuring stringent controls, including appropriate segregation of duties across departments and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, I work directly with the CFO to manage cash bun, project cash flows, and develop financial forecasts for external investors. Responsibilities include ensuring all financial records are accurate and comply with regulatory standards, monitoring industry trends to accurately project financial results, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.Having demonstrated a commitment to financial integrity and strategic decision-making throughout my career, I continue to work diligently to identify and improve both internal and external implications on the company’s finances.
